Not interested in "service" at all

If you are looking for the quinessential "*****s" to take advantage of you, these are your guys! I walked in with a "check egine" light and asked for a diagnostic test. A faulty "crankshaft positioning sensor" was the error. These guys told me that this COULD be caused by dirty oil, so they suggested a service. The car was due for a service, so I said they could go ahead. I get a phone call back, telling me that the spark plugs will cost me over R3000! Because, I am informed, my car takes Bosch irridium spark plugs, and that is what is currently IN the car. I ask if they can't put in NGK spark plugs. NO, they ONLY use Bosch. This was a BLATANT LIE, because while I was checking my car in, the mechanic picked up another car's NGK plugs fromt he front desk. SO I told them to find me cheaper ones and call me back. That was more than a week ago and I am still waiting for their call back. Incidentally, when I took out the spark plugs they were in fact NGK and not bosch, meaning they didn't even LOOK at my actual spark plugs. These guys are obvioulsy not interested in delivering a servive, but only want to milk you for all they can! If I could give ZERO stars, I would.
