No accountability for what they were paid for.

Cartime in Tokai did a number on me. Booked my car in for service and oil leakage. I ended up taking my car two more times, bottom egine cover loose and oil leakage was not established. After taking my car it was never the same, kept telling them something is wrong. I realised that they don't know what there are doing and my car was getting worse everytime it come back from Cartime Tokai.

Took my car to Audi and they found two sump damaged. Whatsapp the guy at Cartime if they'll take responsibility for this, Paid them to sort out the oil leakage and was told they did not quote for the Sump and didn't touch that area. My car was with them 3X and got no help at all. Then was told Audi's labor is too expensive I should bring the car back to them and they will sort it out for cheaper labor. Had my car now for 2weeks from Audi and I have no issues.

Don't take your car to Cartime Tokai. 👎🏾
