Incompetence by Staff at CARtime Mthatha branch

I serviced my car at their branch at Mthatha and faulty items were identified and brake pads were one of items identified as faulty and when changing them somewhere else they were found to be alright but i changed them anyway and kept them. The rear wheel bearing replacement was also recommended but when i went to them a few months later i was told there is no problem with the rear wheel bearing but with rear axle rubber after i asked them to check noise coming from the rear and was told the problem is flat tyres and i refused to accept their explanation and shower them the rear axle rubbers and only then they noticed that the rubbers were damaged. Today i was called to bring the car for photos to be send to Bidvest warranty and on getting there after driving close to 50km i was told to leave my car since the claim would be *****ulent of which in all these occasions i was allowed to drive it home. I have since taken it home as i don't trust anything said by them and changes on their stories. Whoever checked my vehicle doesn't know how to fix my Chevrolet Cruze 1.6LS 2015 model. The poor service given by the lady at reception also for having more than a week to process my claim. I travel close to 100km to and from their workshop to be given different assessments
