Dont waste your TIME with CARtime Hillcrest

CARtime Hillcrest Don't take your car to CARtime. Service was very poor. The guys behind the desk needed to make a claim from my motor plan insurance....after almost a week it was not done, the says he had done the claim but my insurance did not have any claims on my profile. Only after i called him and pleeded with him to make the claim, he did...I had to be behind these guys for everything...I requested a quote for a seal and gearbox oil twice , it was never sent to me. I felt I could not depend on them therefore I bought the seal myself. While doing the job, I got a call from them saying my gearbox oil needs to be replaced as it's very "weak" my car only has 64000 on the clock, I got a second opinion from the agents and they say the oil will last for the lifetime of the car.When I go to fetch the car, they informed that they did not install the part I wanted from Goldwagen, instead they installed a part from their "Suppliers". They did this without informing me which was most disappointing. I will never come back to CARtime.
