Disappointed
Visited Koeberg RD branch. Honestly I'm shattered by the service. Dropped off a working car was called to tow the car 🚮🚮🚮🚮

We have conducted the review of all the photo's, voice recording's and the job card pertaining to the vehicle and the interaction you had with the store owner.
The vehicle arrived at the store with a burst water hose and a blown head gasket ,which you were made aware of. The owner quoted you on the repair and gave you good advice which you declined. You then chose to have the vehicle removed.
