Disapointing

Had a full service done with Car Time in May this year. We have had continuous issues with our car since. The accessory belt and tensioner was one of the things renewed with Car Time 1. Accessory belt was too big and was making a ****ndous noise, vehicle was taken back - the belt was replaced 2 noticed a strange noise and to our surprise when we opened up the bonnet the accessory belt had actually come off, car was towed back to car time - belt was replaced 3. To this day there is a terrible squealing sound coming from the belt 4. Brake disks were skimmed aswell and since then there is a abnormal shudder when braking. Considering the arm and a leg that we payed for with Car Time this is highly disapointing.
