28 October 2014 my car went in for service. First time we used Car Time. <br> Asked them to please let us know what needs to be done (if anything extra) before they went ahead...as it was only due for service. After a phone call, they told us they had already started to replace a couple of things, and the total cost of service and repairs would come to +/- R7500 !!! <br> I drive a Kia Sportage (2007 model). I phoned Kia directly to see what they would have charged for a similar service, and repairs... they told me between R4500 - R5000 (and this is then a KIA service)<br> I phoned Car Time. told them they must stop with what they are doing, I will pay for what was done, and taking my car to Kia... They told me everything was done already, finished... and this was about an hour later than when I spoke to them the first time... Amazing speed of service I would say.<br> After a big fight, I only paid R5750.00<br> 6 Months later (last week) I felt something was wrong with my car. I took it to another mechanic company, and guess what. The campbelt was halfway torn, and this could have cost me my whole engen.<br> I am going back to Cartime today to see what they say.<br> BAD BAD BAD BAD BAD !!!!
