Complaint

On the 2nd of March 2022 I took my car to Car Time SA for service and also mentioned that it was jacking as if it was cutting petrol and had the engine light on. I paid R1 595 for the service at Car Time SA. Upon fetching the car in the afternoon around 16:15 I drove it out and it started jacking again +-10 minutes later. I tried calling calling back but they did not answer, mots probably because it was after office hours. I then went back to them the following day in the morning and told them the car was still jacking and the engine was still on, then they diagnosed the car again and told me that hey couldn't see anything wrong with the car and They said diagnosed the car it was possibly a problem with the injectors and sent me to go check injectors. I went and had the injectors checked for R400 at DBN fuel injection for their diagnostic. I was told there was no problem with the injectors and they gave me the diagnostic report. I then went to Renault and wishing 10 minutes they came back and told me it was a problem with the spark plug and they replaced it and the problem was resolved.
