Complaint and disappointment

I Took my car for a service, Roland was very helpful and assisted il rate him 5 star, unfortunately for the rest of the team very bad work ethics, they checked my door mechanism and damaged the window rubber in which they did not tell me it is damaged, after I took the car for a test drv I noticed the rubber is coming out I had to take it back to them which they could not sort out and told me they damaged it and will replace it at their cost, they did replace it the next day however the replacement was not 100 percent it is better but terrible work. They also dented the car near the window area and denied it,they the only ones worked with it the same area where they worked they caused a dent the manager Kevlin said he will check the camera but before even checking he persisted it is not them yet I got proof of the pics before and after..it proves the mark was not there no dent at all but after they worked on it the dent it is exactly where they worked and the equipment that they used def caused it luckily it's not a hole.. He still has not gotten back to me but it's their camras I dnt have access to it so they can say anything, based on my pic before allowing them to replace the rubber the dent was not there only afterwards it was there.. I will never advise anyone to go there it will cost u more.worst service ever instead of apologising the manager is rude they act like they doing u a favor yet u paying for a service. While I was there another complain occured..I will definitely be taking this matter higher as the proof speaks for itself. Cartime worst company ever I have checked other branch reviews it is pathetic it sad how they even exist. Cartime Umhlanga worst company ever pls never take your car there at first they seem nice but when they mess up n do something wrong they are rude and arrogant..if ever u do pls check the mechanic who is working on your car is qualified.
