Collected my car with a new problem from Car time PTN

I dropped of my car that needed a clutch master cylinder to be done at Car time Pinetown. When collecting it today it doesn’t take the gears & I alert the staff & he tells me I must pump many times & press clutch down. This is now a new problem the car never had. Thinking that my team needs the car tomorrow, I take the car & battle to put in gear no 1 as I’m about to take off blocking a car they waited to drive in. My drive home was a nightmare with my daughter as putting in any gear when slowing down or turning into a new road would st times take 3-4min blocking cars from all directions. I’m very angry right now as did they not test drive before I arrived?
