Cartme secunda very unprofessional

I took my car there at 7 am for a Service to collect it at 4 I arrive there at 4:30pm they are not done the car was not washed properly and i took it with spanner it come back with it they told me it glow plugs but Why they never called me to arrange to change them the whole day was wasted for nothing please never take your car there very unprofessional Service
