Cartime smashed my car. Very bad communication and no assistance for the inconvenience

My car was in an accident while in car times care. Their insurance is paying for the repairs. Its almost been 3 weeks that I've been with out transpost now. I've tried getting a courtesy car but had no luck. They are not interested, its my problem.

Its cost me over R2000 for ubers and paying for lifts. How is this acceptable? Take responsibility for your messups.!

I definately wont be going back again. I advise anyone who takes their car there for a service, organise your own transport to get there and back. Dont trust them to drive your car
