May we please get some assistance, it has been 30 day's since we took our car to CARtime Nahoon, it is one story after another. When we went last week Friday to check upon it, we were told that no time is given to our car it only gets done when daily tasks have been finished the foreman does not allocate time. Another week has gone by we still do not have our car back we were promised today or tomorrow we are very frustrated.

27 Jan 2025, 11:04I am still frustrated called the head office as well, no one has got back to me since Friday.
For the past 2 weeks I have been told that the engine is assembled they need to check and do quality checks since the 17th of January.
I have just spoken to the CARtime outlet in Nahoon I am told what they have been telling me for the past 16 days.. I am not sure what else I need to do to..
It has now been exactly a month since our car has been in your workshop every day it is a nrw story.
Tuesday we were told the car will be ready by Friday or Saturday.. That became Monday today it is Monday another story is being told.
What do u suggest that we do with our car hence u not ready to realese it to us???
