CARtime Alberton

Car went in for repairs. Was told my Turbo was faulty after 2 x pressure sensors was replaced. I was told they dont work on turbos and i towed my car away to another mechanic that had my car running the same day. No turbo fault on my car as i was told. The new pressure sensor was cracked. I did sent them the foto of it but was said they tested it and they did not broke it. Sensor was replaced and car is running fine. I am very disappointed with them all they had to do i own up to it. But was told because i removed the car from the premises and another mechanic worked on the car the warranty is void. Will never send my car back to Alberton Cartime.

Put a complain in with CARtime head office. They never phone back or give me feedback. I had to phone multiple times. I was supposed to get feedback yesterday and to my surprise i was never phoned. So i understand why stuff like this is happening because CARtime head office cant even sort their issues out.
