Car time no time

I contacted car time Richardsbay for a clutch replacement for my vehicle. I phoned the morning, the lady said the person for the quotation is not there and she took my details so the he can contact me back. I waited the whole day and no one phoned. I phone again and the lady put me thru to Herman who should have phoned me. I told him my problem and he said he will phone me back with a quotation. Well a week later i,m still waiting. So I guess car time have no time to only phone me back. As i look on the statistics there are not good at all.
