Bad experience with Cartime Hatfield

I have had the most horrible experience with Cartime hatfield. I took my car to them on 2 December 2024 for a sound issue that was coming from the front wheels. They sent me an affirmative message that they found what was wrong with the car and quoted me R6000. They informed me the car was fixed and i should to collect it. When i got there, i paid the amount only to find that the car was still making the same noises. The car was handed to me under the pretence that all was in order. Took it back to them immediately but they still failed to fix my car after paying a hefty fee. I have always taken my car to them and my problems sorted, but this time around, they did me dirty.
