Avoid Car Time Completely

This is an email sent to Car Time last week, to which they didn't respond. About a year-and-a-half ago I sent my son's Fiesta in for a service. The branch in Pietermaritzburg convinced me of the need to replace the cambelt. When the car did not run properly after I was convinced by your Pmb branch to have the catalytic converter removed. This didn't help either. The car became completely inoperative. The car also went back to Cartime on several occasions, each time something else being blamed, including the aircon. When we finally took the car in to Ford, it transpired that your mechanic had never set the valve timing properly, so I was essentially throwing money away because of how completely *********** your staff are. In addition to this I've had to have the catalytic converter installed as the car sensors pick it up as a fault. The car cost me an additional R22 000 because of the trust I put into your service organisation. I cannot believe that you are still in business.
