I am completely unsatisfied with the service I was provided, I took the car to my personal mechanic a day after it went to Cartime Montague Gardens for a major service to have the oil leak looked into as they told me it had an oil leak and they would send me a diagnostics report and a quotation as to how much it would cost for them to do that after waiting for two days I took my car to my mechanic. The spark plugs weren't changed as well as the belt. The air filter was replaced, and the engine oil. But that was all that was done, the brake fluid was not topped up nor was the coolant and I paid for a major service so what was major about your major service? I am utterly disappointed as I was referred by a colleague of mine to you. This is just unprofessional and as a result I will be taking further action because how many people before me have you done this to? Imagine if the car didn't have an oil leak I most likely would never have discovered this.
