1. They assured the vehicle will be ready at 12.30. Arrived said it will be ready soon, only ready at 2pm. The check points were not checked but ticked off. Diagnostic test, they Sai done, but when I asked for printout they could not give it. Asked for latched and locks to be greased, twice, not done. Car washed, eish not really or very poor washing. I no wander if the parts or service was done properly... Only time will tell. They have this promise but did not meet it. Won't see me agqin Cartime east london
