Filling up/forking out for new tyres/paying to have one's car serviced: these are known as grudge purchases, but I had absolutely no problem with settling my account with this dealer.

From the moment I was collected to the moment of swiping my credit card to pay I knew the recommendation to support them was well founded. (The fact that they had real coffee on tap was a plus!)
