Spiteful Renault Wonderwaters

I took my car to Renault Wonderwaters on the 07/01/2020 and because they were suppose to fix something that I paid for and did not fix now they coming up with globes that are faulty. So we told them to take their globes out and when I have money I will replace that, guess what they did today I drive my car to work and the fan that cools the engine is not working, how I realized this I could feel the heat coming from the front and I stopped on the freeway, but I cant even open the bonnet. I called the insurance to tour me to my workplace, and I explain to my colleagues. One of my male colleagues tells me to open the bonnet to his surprise the fan is not turning when I switched on the car so tell me who could have tempered with my car if it is not them as they did not even want my husband to go with their technician to the workshop to see what they taking out of my car? This is clearly sabotage from their site or they were spiteful. Can someone please help me to understand how someone do such if I am not happy with your service. Hellopeter please help me.
