Car Overheating

I Steve Magoro took my car(Jeep Cherokee) for clutch replacement and service at Car Service and Repairs at Pretoria North branch, when the car returned after clutch replacement and service, the gears were not smooth and they told me to take the car for gearbox check, i paid R20,000.00 for clutch replacement and setvice, after 3 days, the car couldn't start and I took the car back, they charged me R1890 for the starter, they told me my battery was too small so it damaged the starter, I took the car on Friday the 31st of October 2015, Saturday I drove for about 10kms and I parked the car, Sunday the 1st of November 2015, I drove the car for 28kms and it started to overheat, I don't know what car service and repairs did to my car, my car never overheated since I bought it.
