An employee by the name of Vincent Khathu Munyai at Car Service City in Rivonia has been swindling customers. I took my car for a water pump issue and this was fixed. When I drove off I heard a an ugly sound, I drove back and I was told that my front right shocks collapsed. I found this strange and the same Vincent was adamant that they didn't do anything.

This Vincent guy approached me on the side and promised that he would help with the shocks and that I should give him R3000. After paying R7800 for the water pump, I figured it was a good deal. This guy has since took my money and disappeared.

In as much as I am taking responsibility for giving him my money. I have two concerns.

One: Me hearing horrible sounds on the wheels and being told about my shocks collapsing after driving off even though I did not have that sound when I took the car in. Two: Car Service City Rivonia stuff claiming they do not have their ex employee's address who has been swindling people. Opening a case for someone without an address is a futile exercise. I simply do not believe that an employer wouldn't know the address of its employees!
