Worst Service Ever from Car Service City New Road, Midrand

I had the worst experience ever at Car Service City New Road, Midrand. I took my car (Jeep Compass 2014 2.0 CVT) in for service there and to do a check engine light diagnosis. They did the service and cleared the engine light, telling me that the reason the engine light was on was because it was due for service, which was not the case. A day later, the check engine light was back on and I called to inform them. They told me to bring back the car for further diagnosis. I took the car in and after a while they cleared the engine light again and told me go. I discovered that my engine was misfiring but they assured me it was fine. As expected, later that day the check engine light came back on again. I took the car back and they told me my engine was misfiring because of a faulty coil pack. They ordered the coil pack for me and replaced it at a cost, then cleared the check engine light. The following morning, the check engine light was back on, and I was actually preparing for a trip to the North West. I informed Mandla and he asked me to bring the car back again. This was on Friday morning, 25/10/2019. When I got there, they opened my engine and did a check, then cleared the engine light again. They assured me that I could safely drive the car to the North West and I should not worry. When I arrived in the North West, the engine light came back on again and my car stopped. There was no power coming from the engine as it was completely misfiring. They misdiagnosed my car and when I called them to inform them about the issue, Mandla informed me that there was nothing they could do even though it was completely their fault. I had to pay towing expenses from my own pocket all the way from Zeerust to Midrand. This is completely unfair and seriously appalling service. I always service my car there but after this experience, I don’t think I will ever recommend that place.
