Worst service ever

It pains me to give one star as I believe they do not deserve a star at all. Car Service City Kimberley has no clue what they are doing and does not keep to their arrangements. We send a vehicle of one of our clients to them trusting that the work required will be carried out however the very next day the client advised us the issues persist. For 2 weeks since they received the funds for the so called repairs they did we tried to get them to tend to the clients vehicle however Edmond whom we dealt with promise every day to phone back yet never does and still our clients vehicle is not sorted out to standard. If only Edmond and his team will realize how important it is for a business to have accountability and so much more to have people skills (which they extremely lack). I am highly disappointed in this "RMI" approved workshop and will never again suggest any client take their vehicle there.
