Worst Service

I recently had an extremely distressing experience with the receptionist at Car Service City East London. During our phone conversation, she was shouting at me and disconnected the call multiple times. Despite my clear request to service my Mercedes Benz CLS, she accused me of calling for a personal matter. I managed to record her rude and unprofessional behavior, which is completely unacceptable for a business dealing with customers. I am appalled by the treatment I received. This level of customer service is entirely unacceptable and needs to be addressed immediately.
