Worst service delivery I have experienced

Took my car in more than 4 weeks ago after it broke down. Note it was there a couple of weeks prior to this.

The fuel pump and turbo needed repairs. This they knew 4 weeks ago. Today I get a call that they don't have the fuel pump, and they need to order it and this will take an additional 10 working days above the month that the car has already been there.

This after I picked up the turbo and took it to a company to repair myself, as Car Service City couldn't get it done. Took me 3 days to get the turbo back to them.

I will recommend that if your car breakdown don't make use of Car Service City. Rather find someone else.
