WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!

Absolutely Horrific Experience

I am beyond disappointed and frustrated with Car Service City Honeydew. I paid R24,000 for work on my vehicle, trusting that it would be properly repaired and safe to drive. Instead, shortly after getting my car back, my gearbox completely broke, leaving me stranded on the side of the road.

This was not only inconvenient but dangerous and stressful. After spending that amount of money, the last thing I expected was a catastrophic failure that made the car undriveable.

I would strongly warn anyone thinking of using Car Service City to reconsider. Paying premium prices does not guarantee competent workmanship here. This experience has been frustrating, costly, and completely unacceptable. These people need to be investigated.
