worst customer service ever

<br> Good afternoon<br> <br> I'm not happy with the service we received from car service city lynwood, my wife took her car there to have new brakes put in. She got there at around 8 in the morning with our 2 month old baby thinking it was gonna take a couple of hours. She ended up waiting for an hour, eventually she asked someone when the car would be ready and they told her 4 hours. She complained that she can't wait that long so they took her home and told her they'll bring the car when they done.<br> <br> At about 3 o clock I personally ask what was going on and I spoke to the lady in front who told me they were almost done and that she would let me know when it was done, but she never did.<br> <br> My wife called again at around 4:30 and they told she'll get it around 5 clock. All this time no one kept her in the loop.<br> At 17:15 she called again and a guy on the phone told her that she must come pick up the car in 10minutes or they were gonna lock up an leave.<br> <br> What kind of service is that? So my wife must fly to lynwood from Silverton? I have a son in pre school who she must fetch? How is she gonna do that?<br> Can somebody explain to me your policies? <br>
