Worst car service

I have been taking my car (POLO) to VW for service since I bought it however when it went out of maintenance & service plan, I started paying cash for service. I opted to take it to car service city as the price was reasonable however my car came back worse than ever. In September 2019 I went to car service city Nelspruit to service my POLO however it came back with an EPC light being on. I called them and they indicated that I should bring it back. I did and the problem still continued and instead of fixing it, I was refereed to go and perform a diagnoses on the car and they never came back to me since then.

I've been struggling with it and till today my car is worse. I regret sending my car there and maybe the EPC light would not be a problem. I do not have money to pay for more work on the car and I feel ****** in broad day light.
