Witbank car service city

I took my car for service, they confirmed that they have 6 month warranty after service on the job done , The manager/ Owner Xoli and Mpumi are very rude and gang up against me for not providing their services.

I experienced a disturbing sound from the car, I took it back to them, they told me that it had a problem with rims, I got them checked there was nothing wrong with the rims , I sat there for 2 days without any assistance. The head office lady who assisted me at head office left me hanging when I call back the call center, I was told that she has left for the weekend without even informing me. The ladies are so rude and inconsiderate. They don't care about the customers. They charge extra money, don't even own up to their mistakes. They act as if they do a perfect job.

I waited till 16H00, I might even wait till 5
