Wheel comes loose after service

Sent car in for a service at Car Service City, Spartan branch. Sent car back due to faulty brakes. Garage adjusted handbrake tension on rear wheels in my presence. This process required that the two rear wheels get removed, along with the bearings. I soon left the premises with my vehicle. The afternoon on the high-way I heard a big bang followed by squeaking. My right rear wheel came loose due to bearing that seized. Stranded along the side of the high-way, I got ******. Laptop, books and bags ******. Tow car back to garage. Garage cannot identify cause of problem. Branch manager informed that car will be repaired free of charge and stated: \If it was not for us you would have not been stuck on the high-way and also not been ******""; who was responsible for my vehicle; on a loan basis. Branch manager requested that I mail him a list of my ****** belongings. Garage fixes car;but owner refuses to refund for ****** belonging due to \""misunderstanding\"""
