Westgate service city is a ****

Car service city Westgate is a **** l took my car for service and they suggested engine flush which l agreed that was the biggest mistake of my life.The coolant was not poured after 10 days my car overheated because of the poor service rendered .l contact the manager Niel who told me to bring bck my car it be fixed within a a day .it took 2 months they told me that it needs a new engine head which cost R22500 and other components that they over qouted Neil later took the engine head to the engineering and told me it costed him R20000 l requested for the invoice he refused where's l bought other component for way less that what he qouted and expect me to pay R20000 for my engine head. That's a **** and de*****ing customers.
