On the 02 Oct 15, I booked my car for a major service at Car Service City, East London (03 October 15.) On the 03 Oct 15, 10H56, third person brought the car to the branch. I got a call from Daniel Vosloo notifying me about defects on my car. He mentioned Front (10%) and Rear brake pads (50%) and my dim lights. I immediately gave him a go ahead to fix the defects with the exception of rear brakes which he assured me that they will last for the next couple of months. On the 05 Oct 15 upon receiving an invoice of R 3 222.10 I got a shock of my life that Tappet cover leaking, crank seal leaking, main seal leaking, car has a bad oil leaking all these items were not fixed whilst I paid R 3 222.10 for a major service. On the 05 Oct at 15H45 whilst I was driving on a freeway. My car got fumes on the rear and front. I immediately called Daniel, I was stranded and at risk. A tow truck arrived after couple of minutes. I tried to make several follow up calls regarding developments on my car. on the 07 Oct, I visited the branch.
