waste of time and money

i had sent my car for a cooling problem 2 months ago.after they fixed it I felt there was still something wrong and i called them but they said everything is fine. A week later i took the car back because i felt the engine was heating up. They brought it back to say that everything is 100%. Now i had a huge problem were the water started pushing out the radiator and the car heating up. I took it back were i had to pay towing cost. There were all yes we will check it up. i called them 3 times a day since the 30 of december and they dont return calls or the manager/owner is never there.<br> its now been 14 days and its still not fixed they say they were waiting for the supplier to check whos fault was it that the radiator had a crack. now they know that it was a manufacturing problem but they waiting for the supplier to sign off on a new one.thats not how you do business. they internal problems should be sorted out between them.they even admitted that the reason it happen is because when they did the job they mechanic didnt bleed the system properly.really disappointed still no one has called me since friday.
