VERY POOR SERVICE NO COMMUNICATION

The car was giving a problem with the cooling system so I took it in Tuesday morning @ 9:00am. By 14:00 I had heard nothing from this garage until I HAD TO CALL AND FOLLOW UP and getting empty promises of \we will call you back". I eventually sent an email that I am unhappy with the service as they do not communicate with me about any updates regarding the car. My wife tried calling and could not get through at around 16:00 they eventually call to say that the wrong car part was delivered and the car will not be ready. WHY COULD THEY NOT COMMUNICATE THIS BEFORE?<br> I only ended up getting the car back on the Wednesday late afternoon after I was chasing after these to get it sorted only for the car to not even be repaired.<br> Took it back Saturday first thing in the morning and only got a call just before they closed that day. They kept the car til Monday"
