VERY POOR SERVICE FROM CAR SERVICE CITY RUSTENBURG

I have taken my IZUZU KB 250DTEC 2014MODEL to Car service city in Rustenburg for a major service (120000km) on the 31/01/2019, i was charge(R 3 794.50) for work that was not done like Diesel filters that was not change because they said they had no stock of the filters when i took my vehicle back for the first time after it battled to start because of fuel not going through and the warning light remaining on. I took the vehicle back for the third time but still the vehicle battles to start and cut out 4 times today(13/3/2019) leaving me stranded next to the road. We have taken the diesel filter of and find that its blocked and very dirty. Dont know whether they even change the oil and what ever needed to be done......
