Very bad workshop

I took my Toyota Yaris to Car service city in Tygervalley cape town for the service and rear drum brakes and they quoted me for replacing and I told them to go ahead and I paid the money for the new ones. yhoo same day I took my car the brake became worse and I took the car back and they adjust the brakes again but only last for two days and I took it back for the second time and but still same problem. I tried to reach to their head office but no positive response and since ever they said they will get back to me till today. I must tell you that this company is a very ***********, useless and bad workshop that I ever used before. I will not recommend anyone to use them and went through this..
