Vehicle

Regret taking my car there.....the vehicle has been with them for almost 4 months I paid R50 000 but the vehicle has not been fixed.they don't call us we have to go there ourselves to ask what is going on .the vehicle has not been touched we saw but they claim they are busy with it ..poor service to the max I really regret going to them....Here in King Williams Town they don't know what customer service is...I even want to take my car and they refund me so that I can go somewhere else but they refuse and say they are busy with the vehicle
