Unsatisfactory service

On 24 November 2022, at Linmeyer Car Service City, in the Morning at about 09:00 took Hyundai i20 registration no: DYI17MF GP for minor service that was booked for and upon inspection there were amended as to major service then changes of amount charged and hours was agreed upon. The assistant from Car Service City gave me all necessary documents to sign, took the keys told me the vehicle duration for service will take 3hours and organized a lift back home for me. We received a call about 16h:00 to collect the vehicle, then it couldn't start and still failed after multiple attempts by mechanical team to start. We were told that auto electrician has left work therefo it could not be fixed immediately due to his absence and we should leave the vehicle behind at Linmeyer Car Service City up until today(25 November 2022) morning as he will be present. Today: 25 November 2022 I called in and was told that the vehicle could still not move and we will collect either Monday. How can a moving vehicle be taken in for service and when to be collected is not moving anymore? Why should we be paying for a vehicle to be kept in a garage for the entire weekend? The vehicle is used for business.
