Unsatisfactory Customer Service and Payment Issues at Car Service City Fourways Leaping Frog

I'm very disappointed with Car Service City, particularly the Leaping Frog and Cedar Branch locations. I had a terrible experience when I paid for my car service there. They advertise the MoreTyme payment option in their branch, but when I tried to use it, they made the whole process very complicated.

Even though they received confirmation of my payment, they refused to return my car to me. They insisted that the money had to show up in their bank account immediately before they would release my car, and they insinuated that my payment might be *****ulent. So, I had no choice but to pay them again, with the promise that they would refund me on Monday, October 2nd. I provided them with my banking details for the refund.

What made this situation even worse was that I had to keep calling them from October 2nd to the 3rd just to remind them to give me my money back. I had to call them numerous times to remind them. They kept saying they would call me back, but they never did. This constant need to chase them for something that was rightfully mine made me feel unimportant and disrespected as a customer.

What adds to my disappointment is that when they finally initiated the refund, they did not opt for an immediate payment. Instead, I was told to wait for 24 to 48 hours for the funds to reflect in my account. This is an obvious double standard, as they had previously insisted on immediate payment when it benefited them, yet failed to practice the same standard when it was time to refund the customer; they also too their time to process the refund.

I'm really disappointed with how Car Service City Leaping Frog treated me. I expected better from a service provider like Car Service City; this inconsistent treatment and their lack of urgency in addressing my issue have seriously shaken my confidence in their ability to deliver quality service and treat customers fairly.
