Unhappy Driver

I have had the worst experience with Car Service City and their licence renewal service offering.

I started this process on the 28th of September and to this day, 02 December I still have not received my license from them. The website states, " We have your Licence Disk and we are preparing it for delivery to you." Each time I call them to verify that indeed they have my licence its always the same answer, "Reg # ******GP The status is Block Processed. It means the block has been resolved and we will be getting your licence disc reprinted." how is is that on the site I have been told they have the license with them but then when I follow up I get a completely different story. False information given to a paying customer.

I would NEVER USE THIS SERVICE AGAIN. It is a COMPLETE WASTE OF TIME.
