Unhappy customer

I took my vehicle for service on 25/03/2025 they qouted me Bosch Platnum plugs ,after my car broke down on the 14/05/2025 the plugs on the vehicle were NGK and they were old I was advise by the mechanic that the service wasn't done on the vehicle .I am having troubles to claim from my warranty In order my car to be fixed because of this .I have called Car service city Mtata I was told the manager will call me from last up until today.PATHETIC SERVICE
