Unfixed car since from the 6th of March at Car City Eloff

I'm out of words about Car city in Eloff. I sent my my car for the engine to be fixed on the 6th of March 2024,they gave me the quote on the 16th on March I authorised them to fix it on 17th. Khumalo communicated that he got all the parts that will be used he told me that they need the deposit for them to fix the car I told him I will pay the whole R32,800 at once so that I don't owe them which I did and sent the POP to them, after that a week passed there was no communication I phoned then he changed the story that he didn't get all the parts for the car the which was the oil pump. I asked him that's not what he said the previous week he had no explanation but kept on making excuses, he then said he will order the oil pump at Toyota which he did they told him it will arrive on the 17th of April, it did arrive 2days before the date,. Khumalo phoned again to say he has received it it took them a week to finish it until I call them for the update he told me there is an oil leakage which they said it will be fixed as soon as possible then I will get my car on Wednesday the 31st of April they didnt finish it. I sent the email on Satarday the 2nd to ask them for the update they told me they are still busy they will let me know when it's done. I have raised this with their headoffice I was given a lady by the name Lerato to assist me when they told me the oil pump was not there, she didn't help me instead she told me that I can take any action that I want and dropped the phone on my ear. I have wrote on their reviews but still I did not get any help At the moment Im out of options I don't know what to do any more to be assisted promptly As I write this now I still don't have the care all I'm hearing is that they are busy with it. There is no specific day or date when I will get my car. If there is any share holders please help so I can get my car from Car City in Eloff. R32, 800 is a lot of money.
