********* or NOT ?

Hi , I took my car for a service on the 18 JUne 2013 to get the Cambelt fixed on my Huyndai Getz 1.4 , I paid for the Full service R4200 about . On the 6 th August 2015 I took my car for a 49 safety point check ( 102560 km on the clock) and was told that my campbelt will have to be changed the next service as it is busy wearing out ? I asked around and apparently a campbelt is suppose to last atleast 90 000 km . It its not the first time we have had issue with this now , I called the manager Daniel and the lady at reception adviced me that he is out on a meeting and will be there a bit later and will call me back . I advised her its been 3 days after I complained and wanted answers and NO one is getting back to me , I am being ignored . The lady at reception also told me that it falls out of their warranty period . I said to her that its a load of **** and they are being ********* as I was also told now that it was either not changed or an old one was put in place ? Now I am asking you if this is the damage a campbelt can cause when it snaps who is liable then ??? I feel that their services are quoted cheap and now I know why .
