*********, negligent, do not take your car to car service city

On the 25th of November I took my car to Car Service City Craighall for a service, I was away most of December and January so did not use my car that often so there was no need for a water or oil check. However when I went to check my oil and water this week I notice that Car Service City had broken the handle that holds the bonnet and just tied it with a string, they did not even have the decency to declare the damage when I collected my car, this will significantly reduce the value of my car when I decide to resale it. I demand that this be fixed as a matter of urgency.
