TOTAL ******ION!

Six days ago I had booked my vehicle in at car service city in Northriding for a major service I received a call from them advising me that the vehicle is fine however it is best to do an engine & brake fluid flush which costed R5900. I then picked up my vehicle and was told everything was again. Today I noticed an oil leak and took it back to the branch I was then advised that the sump gasket had to be replaced at an additional R4400. I am completely disheartened & cannot understand why after a major service this leak was not detected. This is a *******!
