Took my car from 100% working to not working at all.

I took my car in on Monday 26th April to Car Service City Centurion for a basic service and to fix an oil leak. On Monday evening my electric windows weren't working and on Tuesday my car wouldn't even start. When I took it in on Monday it was in 100% working condition with nothing wrong except for the oil leak.
