Think twice before using Car Service City Umhlanga

My vehicle was booked in at Car Service City for a service and brake pad replacement. The vehicle had to go back 5 times because of constant issues with the brakes after the brake pads were replaced and the disks skimmed. With the exception of one time the vehicle was collected with oil/grease marks on the body and the interior of the vehicle. I suggest they make use of paper and plastic to prevent grease/oil transferring from technicians onto upholstery - they refuse to acknowledge this is a problem. In the process of removing the wheels from my vehicle they damaged the centre caps of the mag wheels. They undertook to replace it BUT nothing transpired except excuses. Referred the matter to their Head Office and they are as much interest as this specific service centre. Please think twice before using Car Service City Umhlanga Rocks.
