They failed me a as lady

Bad customer experience I had with them I am very disappointed,

I got an sms saying 50% special off major service,I called was assisted by a lady called Puleng I asked how much will my brand car be how much she said R2100 ,I arrived at the centre Friday I had to confirm with her again she said R2150 which was fine with me she promised to call an let me know if my car is ready for collection ,she never did until I went to fetch the car ,I arrive as an understanding customer it was busy they promised to send me an invoice later on which it never happened,when it comes to pay I was going to be charged R2242 mean while the call I was quoted for was R2100 ,I took my car drove I heard some irritating noise coming from my car ,I check it but didn’t see anything until today just to realise I parked on the high way to check the irritating sound -they took off my retainer clips of my bumper how careless they where I am a lady what if something happened,I called in today to ask why and tell them how dissatisfied I was ,the same lady answered they had to many cars and it was busy ,when I have time I can fetch them she was not nice at all….since 2021 I was servicing with car service city company from today they have lost a client because of Bloemfontein I must say they took advantage because of I am a lady ,I never had a problem in Vanderbilt park before but Bloemfontein disappointed me .
